Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or a cancellation fee will be charged.
15 minutes past appointment time is considered late and may need to be rescheduled with a cancellation fee charge applied.
Kid Policy
To guarantee the comfort of all of our clients, we do not allow children in the salon unless they have a service appointment. Due to the use of hot tools, sharp tools and chemicals on the salon floor, for your child's safety and protection we ask that no children be present on the salon floor when they are not receiving a service, this includes in strollers, empty salon chairs, or in your lap.
